Refining is a production process in which Oil is processed so its temperature stability is better and it prolongs its expiration date.

High Oleic are special kinds Of Oil thaf contain a high levet Of Oileic acid which doesn't betong among unsaturated tatty acids, but they have still high oxidaion stability.
